That's a total violation of human rights, as set forth in the
Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN.

*NO* company EVEN has the legal right or auspice under which to EVEN
INDENTIFY any employee as "gay" or "homosexual" without violation of
their right to privacy, EVEN IF THEY SUPPORT GAY RIGHTS!!

*NO* such company even has the RIGHT to wish or attempt to project 
such an image, it's the same as projecting an anti-black or anti-Jew
image. 

It is QUITE NEARLY illegal for even a private club to get away with
doing this overtly, it is CERTAINLY illegal AND immoral for a public
fiscal concern to do so!!

YOU *REALLY* need some lessons in business legality! You have an
ignorant, untutored and uncorrected "Archie Bunker"-esque understanding
of the limits on the power of employers over employees!
