It's not police misconduct and if were their family member they would
be begging me to take the animal/s off the street anyway I could,
although I would have to do it within the scope of the law and the
funny thing about that is when it happens to these bozos in reality it
than pisses them off for some reason and they lose their liberal
attitudes. I just can't imagine why?
