Ah, so even if it's the means he earns a living he isn't a plumber unless he
is plumbing...

So how can you claim that a usenet poster is a lawyer? Who is his client?
Why do they require him to represent them instead of posting for themselves?

Nope, sorry, but I don't think you're going to get much support for claiming
someone isn't what they are when they aren't actively engaged in doing it.

After all, does a judge stop being a judge after court is over? Nope.
Does a lawyer who currently isn't representing a client stop being a lawyer?

Na, you'll have to take your "Queen of Hearts" excuses someplace else,
because they aren't going to work around here.
