I certainly hope not, and I'm pretty sure it's not the law in Colorado
Springs.  Pity they did not pursue the idiot with an official
complaint.

We don't get those kind of cases reported here.  Our best one wasn't
even a cop - just a loser who managed to buy a cop uniform and cop
lights then pull over ignorant women and fine them a "Clinton" to get
out of the "charges".
