Tracking

The application of IT is indeed only limited by the 
'creativity' of the human brain. Soon travellers from 
foreign countries could be conveniently tracked. Actually 
they have forgotten, though, one most important and critical
technical means, I believe, namely to require travellers to 
carry an RFID by law, or better to have an implanted RFID 
(done by the immigration officers) that couldn't be readily
removed (much like what is practiced in algriculture). 
And that could evidently be trivially extended to cover ALL
regular citizens of a country (i.e. excepting the top
politicians).
