JW is libertarian, not conservative. Though he once edited the WSJ, that
fine publication now calls him a "maniacal self-promoter." I lost all
respect for him as an economist and pundit when he began promoting Louis
Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam as a peacemaker in the Middle East and
in US race relations.
