The fascists were forced to stop sending out freaudulent DMCA complaints when the Electronic Frontier Foundation sued them -- or at least when they filed intent to sue; I'm not clear on how far they got. Diebold knew apriori that they couldn't win any "copyright violations" lawsuits against the people who were whistleblowing Diebold's deliberate voter frauds so they quietly agreed to stop DMCAing everyone. But that doesn't mean the crooks can't sue people they know will have no choice but to buckle under. At this point, however, there's tens of thousands of mirror sites and millions of people have acquired copies of the documents -- all 94 megabytes of them. It's impossible for them to deny their own deliberate culpability. This level of fascism can only take place in a country that has an equally fascist dictator running it. --- Yes, George W. Bush is an unelected baby killing fascist dictator. Those who are _against_ freedom call another's fight to be free "terrorism."
