Nope. He just wanted Dem counties recounted.

I am aware of the rules per Gore:

(1) We want all voters counted. (except for the military because they
voted against me)

(2) We want to count until we get it right (Gore wins)

(3) If we don't get our way we go to the Fl. Supremes (who are in my
pocket.)

(4) We can change the rules in the middle of the election (if I whine
and carp enough ans the USSC stays out)

The problem with you people is that you tried to steal the election of
2000 and failed.  Might I also point out that you have lost the
Senate, House, the Presidency, and Governorships as well.  Still, the
carping and whining continues.  Why can't you leftwing Dem loonies
realize that you lose and lose and lose because America is aware that
you are a bunch of pathetic, has been Socialists and we don't want
you.  We are tired of your gun grabbing, income redistributing, child
killing, politically correct ways and we are not going to take it
anymore.  You leftwingers only represent 20% of the total population
of the country and you act like you speak for America. News,
Socialists, you suck badly. Liberalism is the dinosaur of American
politics not because of Hillary's imagined vast right wing conspiracy,
but because we have seen what you are and we don't like it.  We are
tired of you running America for the benefit of America's enemies.
You are done, finished, toast.  The average Democrat is poor,
ignorant, and uneducated, and you like to keep them that way because
they are much easier to control. The few that escape your social
despotism come to hate and despise you as the modern slave owners you
are.
