You're right - my bad. They actually did recount at least 3/4 of those OS 
ballots. I believe the recounted totals are included in the certified 
total for Volusia. It's the newer machines Diebold is making that use 
touch-screen voting and do not produce a paper trail. Imagine - machines 
that do produce paper trails are so vulnerable - how much fraud will 
there be with no paper trail?
