Not intrinsically improper.  What "aras" want to 
dictate is wrong.

Also, the intrinsic notion of government is to prevent 
one rights holder from infringing the rights of 
another.  In recent years, mostly in the last century, 
government was perverted by leftist/collectivists like 
you to become an agent of income redistribution and, in 
the process, of wealth destruction:  redistribution 
necessarily decreases the pie.

"aras", a tiny morally bankrupt minority, wish to 
impose their immoral views on others.  That's fascist, 
in the meaningful sense of the word.
