Re: So, What IS a Fascist, anyway? Answer: nothing but a favorite swearword of leftists.

First:
I have the court cases, Florida Election Law and three books
on the Florida Fiasco, with photostats of the signed contracts
that the Gore campaign signed with TeleQuest out of TEXAS
to try and upset the voting in Florida.

The Contracts were signed three days before the election. This
substantiates the fact that Gore from the very beginning planned
on throwing the vote into the courts where he had the judges in
his pocket (so to speak).

By the way there were also signed contracts with Telequest to
become active in Missouri, Oregon, and New Mexico.

Gore chose to use Florida as it had more Electors 14 if I remember
correctly, and a Florida Supreme court that were all heavy Demo-
cratic Supporters. Three members of the Florida Supreme Court
worked on the Florida Gore Campaign and should have reqused them
selves, and all the members were heavy campaign contributors to
the Gore Campaign, but hey they were democratic and no one expects
honesty from a Democrat.

It was the legal bias of the Florida Supreme court that brought
the US Supreme Court into the legal mess that Gore created in
Florida. Remember the first ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court was
to tell the Florida Supreme court to stay out of the election
process as it had no jurisdiction

The US supreme court decision was a 7 to 2 Decision if
I remember right. The second Florida Supreme court decision was a
4 to 3 decision in favor of Gore with the Chief Justice of the
Florida Supreme court writing a descent saying that it the
decision
was in violation of U.S. Supreme court ruling.

The Florida Supreme Court was making election law from the bench
when the United States Constitution gives that power to the state
legislature.

Second fact:

Gore never asked for a recount of the whole state, only the four
counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, West Plam-Beach and Valusia. It
was only after the Electors were certified by the Secretary of
State
that the Gore campaign suggested that the whole state should have
been recanvased but by that time, the time for the elector list to
the federal government had passed. It was clear after thanks
giving
that the Gore strategy was to remove the 14 Florida electors from
the
federal electoral college.

Third:

Gore legal team used the very same arguments they used to
accept votes in the four counties to exclude votes from the
absentee
ballots coming in form over seas. In fact the Gore legal team was
so successful that fully 61% of the overseas ballots were
excluded.

The Bottom Line is that Gore attempted to Steal the Florida
Election
and when he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar he cried
foul.

And lest we forget The Democrats are Masters of rigging and
stealing
elections. JFK 1960 any one, All the elections in the South under
the yellow dog democrats 1880-1964, elections in Cook County
Illinois under Charles Daily. Need I go on!!!
