This lawsuit was filed by individual Florida citizens, not the Democratic Party.

The democrats changed their positions many times, as did the republicans, and I 
agree the democrats made some colossal mistakes.  My quarrel is with the USSC 
decision and the Florida courts; and anyone who contributed to stopping a full 
recount, so everyone would know WHO won that state.  I would prefer to know that 
Bush really won.
