Having an election and having a free election are two different things.

Now that "paper trails" (inadequate as they are) are being replaced by
computerized voting machines -- produced by the man who promised to
"give" the Shrub Ohio (I believe) -- only the most naive could believe 
voting fraud won't be rampant everywhere.   Google Diebold.

I'm sure Bush and his SA commanders will be elected handily next year.
But then, we'll never know who actually won....
