We _had_ a Constitution.  The Bush junta has nullified both it and the
Bill of Rights, exactly the same way Adolf Hitler "suspended" rights and
liberties after the burning of the Reichstead.

Nothing in the Constitution, incidentally, gives the Supreme Court to
put an end to Presidential Elections just because Democrats win them.
