How do you figure that? While someone may be a conservative in that they hearken back to pre-LBJ or pre-FDR government spending, they can just just as easily be a conservative in that they hearken back to pre-JFK civil rights and the "good old days" where being "out" meant virtually universal ostracism at the least.
