It's been done, just not all in one place.  I know 
they're all there, because I've written about most of 
them myself.  It takes time to pull the quotes 
together, much like the collection I assembled of the 
fuckwitted things Fuckwit Harrison believes. 
Eventually, I'll get around to it.
