Re: Last Japanese Crested Ibis Dies

Stop making assumptions.

You make them without hesitation, at least as long as you get to disparage your fellow man. You've managed to put down mankind in every response you've made to this thread.

Lots of items I have were easily repaired things
destine for the junk pile including my computer and its monitor. My 30
gallon trash bin is full only once every two or three weeks. I don't own a
SUV and I drive less than the average American. I use energy saving lighting
and I never waste food.

Well, apply for sainthood. You still drive more than many people around the world, you eat more than most people around the world, you use more energy than people in other parts of the world, and so on.

I never said I agreed with what people around me are doing. Developed
nations tend to be high resource users.

Yes, aren't we fortunate. Thank God for air-conditioning and modern conveniences. You can go live in a mud hut if it really bothers you. I bet the mud hut people would gladly trade places with you.

Once again you insinuate that I'm biased towards certain races, wealth,
etc... of humans. I thought I cleared this up in the last post.

You're duplicitous. You say you're not biased, yet you whine about how bad humans are and that there are too many people. Surely you have some ideas where you'd like to make some population cuts. You still haven't told us if you have more than two children. Come on, are you part of the over-population problem?

Rehashing
this point and raising "my western lifestyle" angle is a sure sign that you
can't deal with the topic at hand.

Not at all. Everyone else is the problem in your little world, yet you engage in the same behaviors with the same consequences.

I won't even respond to "usual suspect" who resorts to name calling.

I've only called you a misanthrope (for obvious reason) and a negative nabob, which is apropos given your doomsday attitude about your fellow man. I asked you some *very* fair questions, but I suspect those questions hit the nail on the head in comparing your rhetoric to your reality. It's easier to shoot the messenger, isn't it.

His agenda is all too clear.

So is yours.
