How do you propose to manage wildlife populations in such areas? Here in 
Texas, several state parks, in addition to WMAs and private lands, are 
hunted every year to help manage deer and feral hog populations. Other 
species are also hunted. It works, and it doesn't interfere with other 
park uses.
