Get the English to stop with the damned fish and chips and the cod will 
be fine. They should try eating something with more flavor anyway.

Maybe certain areas in the Gulf of Mexico and North Sea, but blanket 
proposals like this have NO chance of public support. If the 
"scientists" are worried about cod and tuna, they should encourage the 
sustainable measures taken in Alaska to keep salmon, pollock, and other 
species thriving and economically viable now and into the future.
