Is that calculated to be an insult? Lucien has been a contributer to 
this news group for many years.

Humanism is secular. I only use the term to make it clear. People can't 
have a dialog with each other unless they can leave their religious (or 
atheist) dogma out of their arguments.

I don't see scientists backing up their scientific papers with religious 
dogma.
