        I should wait to watch him hem and haw but the answer is, it takes that much 
to kill the 
eggs of lice in a reasonable period of time as they have a very slow metabolism.

        I have only asked why you would not expect to find it.

        As the only imaginary blue print is clearly labeled as a morgue, a rational 
person 
assumes a morgue to have a much higher than normal usage. Keep in mind it also kills 
rats, 
flies (maggots) and other unpleasant things that are attracted by corpses.
