Mine isn't, unless it is participating as a middlething.

I posted a few this morning (including a carefully crafted one about the
NFLT, darnit) and my log said they were mailed to the moderator, but they
still haven't shown up.  An hour or so I posted a couple of off-the-cuff
messages which went through very quickly.  Later, a couple more posts
disappeared.

Of course, if the Jewish robot's mailbox is anything like mine, it may be
intermittently filling up with spam and messages with 0.3 MB virus
attachments.
