But was he physically violent, does anyone know?  I know a lot of people
who's yelling and screaming escalates to violence - I also know a lot that
might stomp around and holler, but would cut off their right arm before they
hit anyone.  The crucial question - how mad (in terms of what he might do)
*was* Michael?

I have a customer who's husband doesn't speak or interact with her at all
for days when he's really mad - she might call and tell me "how mad he was",
but violence is in no way implied (except maybe her urge to throttle *him*
