The truth behind people hearing "microwave voices", or causing murder.

How can human "hear" (microwave) voice with brain without using ears? 

Beside being center of mental functions, the human brain is also a receiver 
for electrical impulses from rest of the human body. The brain translates 
these impulses into actual sound or sensations. For example, human ears 
collect sound waves and convert it into electrical impulses. Then, these 
electrical impulses are sent to the brain and is translated by the brain 
into actual sound (that you "hear").
If you can somehow directly send these electrical signals (which represent 
sound) into the target's brain, then the targeted person will "hear voices" 
without using his/her ears. The ears are completely bypassed in this "hearing
