The truth behind people who heard "microwave voices" and/or caused murder.

How can human "hear" (microwave) voice with brain without using ears? 

Beside being center of mental functions, the human brain is also a receiver 
for electrical impulses from rest of the human body. The brain translates 
these impulses into actual sound or sensations. For example, human ears 
collect sound waves and convert it into electrical impulses. Then, these 
electrical impulses are sent to the brain and is translated by the brain 
into actual sound (that you "hear").
If you can somehow directly send these electrical signals (which represent 
sound) into the target's brain, then the targeted person will "hear voices" 
without using his/her ears. The ears are completely bypassed in this "hearing 
process". One proof of this scientific principle can be found in article, 
"Making Sense" published in Discover June 1993. It was reported: "They have 
enable deaf people to talk on the phone again by putting electrodes into the 
ears of deaf people" & "they've made a blind woman see patterns of light by 
putting electrodes in the back of her brain". Another evidence is the Russian 
infrasound mind machine (see Part I-A1 on my webpage for detail). 

Dr. Robert Becker (a pioneer in the field of bio-electric medicine) discussed
another method of directly input voice into human mind in his book, The Body
Electric  (published in 1985). In this method, the sounds are input directly 
into the human mind via microwave. Thus, this technology is refer to as 
microwave voice technology in my articles. The following information are 
from the book of The Body Electric. 

In the 1960s, Dr. Frey found that when microwaves from 300 to 3,000 megahertz
were pulsed at specific rates, humans (even deaf people) could "hear" them 
and the sound seemed to come from just behind the head. He disregard it at 
first, but later work show that the microwaves are sensed somewhere in the 
temporal region just above and slightly in front of the ears. The phenomenon 
apparently results from pressure waves set up in brain tissue, some of which 
activate the sound receptors of the inner ear via bone conduction, while 
others directly stimulate nerve cells in the auditory pathways. 

According to the information on Dr. Robert Becker's 1985 book The Body
Electric, the microwave voice technology was developed successfully by 
Dr. Sharp in 1973. 

In 1973, Dr. Joseph Sharp (of Walter Reed Army Research Institute) successfully
developed microwave voice technology. "Serving as a test subject himself in 
an echo-free isolation chamber, Dr. Sharp heard and understood spoken words
beamed to his head via a pulsed-microwave audiogram" (an analogy of the word's
sound vibrations). 

Beside inventing microwave voice device, their mind control research also use
different frequency microwave to hypnotize somebody.  The following information
from The Body Electric prove that the spoken word [microwave voices] of the
hypnotist/invisible personnel can be directly sent into a target's brain to 
hear "voices".  The target neither can stop the invisible personnel sending
"voices", nor
can shut it off.  These kinds of "voices" can drive an unknowing target crazy.
Furthermore, if the invisible personnel pretend themselves (or himself) as 
Devil (angel or God) during sending microwave voices, it can mislead the
unknowing
victim to following their order/voices to commit crimes. For example,  1997

and  Texas, Andrea Yates followed the voices of so-called Satan (invisible 
personnel) to kill her children (see

In testimony before the Senate Subcommittee Health and Scientific Research 
on September 21, 1977, MKULTRA director Dr. Sidney Gottlieb recalled:  "There
was a running interest in what effects people's standing in the field of 
radio energy have, and it could easily have been that somewhere in the many 
projects someone was trying to see if you could hypnotize somebody easier 
if he was standing in a radio beam." 
American interest in the hypnosis-EMR interaction was still strong as of 
1974, when a research plan was filed to develop useful techniques in human 
volunteers.  The experimenter, J. F. Schapitz, stated:  "In this investigation 
it will be shown that the spoken word of the hypnotist may also be conveyed 
by modulated electromagnetic energy [microwave voices] directly into the 
subconscious parts of the human brain--i.e., without employing any technical 
devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the person 
exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input 
consciously."

This information prove that microwave voice device had been invented in 1973 
and their experimentation had used microwave voice as subliminal message to 
directly send into a target's brain in 1974.  So, since then (mid of 1970s), 
invisible personnel would have used microwave voice device to send their 
microwave voices to Americans during any mind control case in last several
decades. 

Dr. Becker foresaw insidious application of this technology and made the
following
prediction: "Such a device has obvious applications in covert operations
designed to drive an unaware target crazy with 'voices' or deliver undetectable
instructions to a programmed assassin." Dr. Becker's deduction on the
application of microwave voice device is indeed very accurate (see details on
the 1985 book of The Body Electric). 

The following record of United States Patent & Trademark Office proves the
microwave voice device has been invented. Since the microwave voice 
technology was originally developed in 1973, the following patent must have 
been an improved version and used for business stores.

Abstract 
Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves 
in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a
particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each
burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly 
together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The 
pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are
frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in 
the person whose head is irradiated.

This invention relates to a hearing system for human beings in which high
frequency electromagnetic energy is projected through the air to the head of 
a human being and the electromagnetic energy is modulated to create signals 
that can be discerned by the human being regardless of the hearing ability 
of the person. 

THE PRIOR ART 

Various types of apparatus and modes of application have been proposed and 
tried to inject intelligible sounds into the heads of human beings. Some of 
these have been devised to simulate speech and other sounds in deaf persons 
and other systems have been used to inject intelligible signals in persons 
of good hearing, but bypassing the normal human hearing organs. 

U.S. Pat. No. 3,629,521 issued Dec. 21, 1971 describes the use of a pair of
electrodes applied to a person's head to inject speech into the head of a 
deaf person.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION 

I have discovered that a pulsed signal on a radio frequency carrier of about 
1,000 megahertz (1000 MHz) is effective in creating intelligible signals 
inside the head of a person if this electromagnetic (EM) energy is projected 
through the air to the head of the person. Intelligible signals are applied 
to the carrier by microphone or other audio source and I cause the bursts 
to be frequency modulated. The bursts are composed of a group of pulses. 
The pulses are carefully selected for peak strength and pulse width. Various 
objects, advantages and features of the invention will be apparent in the 
specification and claims.

Why should this hearing system patent be an improved version used for 
business stores? 
According to a U.S. House Representative Hearing in 1984, many business 
stores use mind control equipment -microwave voices equipment & could send 
subliminal message- to their employees and customers (see detail on above 
Part VII- A). 
This information proves that involved LEO have recruited many business stores
owners/managers and long-term workers as their operatives to keep people 
under close surveillance and control.  These information already prove that 
if the involved agents, police and recruited operatives used microwave voice 
device on their targets, Americans would heard "microwave voices."  

Also, according to Microwave News (Nov/Dec 1993) reports, it prove that
involved agents and police have obtained advanced microwave voice device 
(VOICE SYNTHESIS) to use.

day top-secret non-lethal weapons conference took place in the Applied Physics
\Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. The meeting was attended
by  numerous scientist, military weapons experts, intelligence officials from
state and local police departments.  The main purposes of the meeting was to 
prepare leading law enforcement officials for the use of psychotronic
mind-control weapons. Amongst the subjects covered at the conference were
"RADIO-FREQUENCY WEAPONS, HIGH POWERED MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGY, ACOUSTIC 
TECHNOLOGY" (used to transmit subliminal voices into a victims head), 
VOICE SYNTHESIS, ELF and APPLICATION OF EXTREME FREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC
FIELDS TO NON-LETHAL WEAPONS." Col. John B. Alexander, Program Manager for
Non-Lethal (psychotronic) Defense, Los Alamos National Laboratory, served as
conference chairman

In the Oct-Nov. 94, NEXUS MAGAZINE: "Directed-energy weapons currently
being deployed include, for example, a micro-wave weapon manufactured by
Lockheed-Sanders and used for a process known as 'Voice Synthesis' which is
REMOTE BEAMING OF AUDIO DIRECTLY INTO THE BRAIN ..

So, if involved police use microwave voice device to send microwave voices 
on their mind control targets, some of Americans would hear "(microwave) 
voices" in brain.. However, facts prove that so far, those Americans who 
heard "(microwave) voices" or even had followed the "voices" to commit 
murders have been all ruled as mentally ill persons.  From the ruling records
in last decades, none of Americans who heard "(microwave) voices" (or followed
the "voices" to kill) had been identified as a target of microwave voice device
of involved agents and police (invisible personnel).  
These facts only prove that the involved police, agents and psychiatric 
institutions didn't tell the truth.  So, their investigations on these cases 
(which victims heard "voices" and some followed "voices' instruction to 
kill) are not credible and will be always same to claim that these persons 
(who hard "voices") were mentally ill.  Since the involved police, agents
and psychiatric institutions had ruled that all of those Americans who 
heard "microwave voices" were mentally ill in last several decades, it shows 
that they will also rule that anyone who hear "(microwave) voices" 
in the future were only mentally ill person as well.   It means they falsely 
claim that although microwave voices device had been invented and used by 
involved law enforcement over decades, the involved agents and police had 
never used it on Americans in the past time and would not use it on Americans 
in the future.  So, anyone who hear "(microwave) voices" were only mentally 
ill persons.  No one can believe their investigations and decisions in past 
several decades.  Because they had ruled that everyone who heard "voices" 
in the past time (or even followed the voices to commit crimes) were only 
mentally ill. It is obvious a lie to claim that they had never used the device
on Americans in any mind control cases to cause hearing "voices" in last
decades. Nor we can believe that they will not use the microwave voice device
on Americans in the future.  The involved police and agents are obviously not
reliable in investigating these cases that American hearing voices, since they
could be the microwave voice device users.  The psychiatric institutions'
ruling records in past only prove that they either have no knowledge on
microwave voice device, or they intentionally help cover-up these crimes
because they are associated with involved police (& agents) who use microwave
voice device.  Obviously, if they don't want to 
use microwave voice device to send voices to their targets, they would not 
have the experimentation of mind control research in 1974 that using 
microwave voices to directly send spoken word into human's brain as their 
subliminal message.   Also, many reported cases and my personal 
investigations on some school shootings prove that microwave voice device 
had been used on Americans citizens and violent students. 

Their records in the past prove that the involved agents, police and
psychiatric institutions' investigations and rulings on the cases (that 
Americans hearing "voices") cannot be trusted anymore.  If involved police 
and agents had used microwave voice device to torture their target, they
certainly
would not admit it. For example, to promote gun control, involved local police 
and their operative had used microwave voice device to drive violent students 
to kill in 1998 Oregon, 1997 Mississippi and 1999 Colorado school shootings
(see Part II-D1, D2, D4 of my website, or

invisible personnel's crimes of mind controlling other to kill, these violent
students/murderers (who heard "microwave voices" which direct them to 
kill) had been only accused as mentally ill. 

The following article of Col. Alexander prove that involved nonlethal weapon 
users have used invisibility technology to send microwave voices on their
target and unlawfully control Americans' lives with psychotronic (aka
non-lethal) weapons.

In his 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in Military Review, John 
Alexander stated that "The ability to ..cause disease can be transmitted 
over distance, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent cause. The use 
of psychotronic weapons would be able to induce illness or death at little or
no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon would be silent, difficult to
detect and would require only a human operator as a power source" (see details
on MILITARY REVIEW ENGLISH EDITION- DECEMBER 1980 - THE NEW MENTAL
BATTLEFIELD).

Based on Col. Alexander's above words, it is obviously that calling
psychotronic weapons "non-lethal weapons" is extremely misleading because 
these weapons are supposed to silently kill enemy. However, by using the 
name of non-lethal weapons, involved police and agents can legally obtain 
these weapons to unlawfully induce illness/death on American people with 
invisibility technology.  Since these psy weapon leave no signs of external 
injury on victims bodies, their victims' death always appear as the result 
of natural causes (see explanation later). 

However, to prevent their secret from leaking, Col. Alexander didn't explain 
that why "The psychotronic weapon...
require only a human operator as power source." So, I will explain it in
details with two important points. 

(1). The secret is related with invisibility technology:
What is invisibility technology?
According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek,
the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has been 
developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using
invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become
invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in air as zero
gravity).
Since these personnel & equipment will be rendered tiny by the invisibility
technology, they are of little use in military combat; invisibility technology
was later used in the field of surveillance. In 1950s, this invisibility
technology was transferred to Taiwan. 
Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device on back to
control his movement while levitating, can function as a small flying ant.  By
combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) and
mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible personnel can not only fly
onto their target's head to read his mind and implant thoughts with ELF, but
they also can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce
illness/death without most unknowing victims' knowledge (But so far, they still
cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field). 
The unlawful life control system's establishment is based on atheism,
materialism 
and communism. Why?  Taiwan's unlawful life control is a good example to 
explain this in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan's intelligence

agencies and internal security in 1950s. Although a former communist (during
his 
days in Soviet Union), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its atheistic,
materialistic 
and communistic beliefs. He believes that a human is composed purely of 
materials without a soul and God doesn't exist.   So, the concept of reward and
punishment after death for one's deeds in this life would not be a factor in
his
decision.  His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to regard people's
lives
as properties and in the communist ideology, the properties do not belong to
individuals and can be distributed.  Thus, when pursuing invisible personnel's
unlawful interest, these invisible personnel would toy with anyone's health and
kill
anyone. As an atheist with considerable power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not 
have any problem about doing something bad if he felt he could get away with it

in life. So, he used invisible personnel in conjunction with psychotronic
weapons
and illness/death inducing techniques to create an unlawful life control
surveillance
system in Taiwan in the 1950s. 
Also, Chiang ching-Kuo believed that the people need to spy on each other (like

in communist society) to secure everything and avoid unlawful life control from
being exposed.  Thus, his invisible operatives also recruited operatives and
collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, hospital system,
Justice/court system, education system, transportation system, business,
finance 
& insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants,  psychiatric institutions, 
all religions, many different media, psychics, etc.) in order to mind/life 
control anyone.   

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility
technology from all other Taiwanese officials (including the President Chiang
Kai-Shek, Vice President, Premier, and his brother Chiang Wei-Kuo).  The only
other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves
and those officials directly involved with them.  President Chiang Kai-Shek
only
became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent
who
secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee

Since the unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan was secretive and
evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in the US because:
(a).these technologies were transferred by the US to Taiwan as a field test
(b). unlawful life control is an international conspiracy of invisible
personnel (c) When pursuing their unlawful interests, invisible personnel had
betrayed their own country (see the proof on reported staged car accident case

Now, Let's return to discuss Col. John Alexander's article.
Based on John Alexander's own words, "the psychotronic weapon required only a 
human operator as power source." It proves that when using these weapons,
they need human operators to be physically present (in scene) at same place as
his target to be a power source.
Obviously, the human operator's functions are to use the weapon to attack his
target and become the weapon's power source [this point will be explained in
details on (2)].  Thus, when the victims are attacked with radio-frequency
weapon, or "hearing microwave voices", there must be some human operators at
same place
(scene) as their victims to use the psychotronic weapons (radio-frequency
weapon or microwave voice device) on their victims. However, according to
victims' reports (see following source), all victims who complained of being
"zapped by radio waves" or heard "voices" never saw anybody use psychotronic
weapons (e.g. microwave voice device, or radio-frequency weapons) against them
where they were victimized.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee 
of a local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she 
would drop her public opposition to the company's installation of high power 
lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has 
been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization 
for treatment of illnesses which cannot be diagnosed. It is also apparent to
this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of
externally-induced auditory ("hearing"microwave voices - Alan Yu note) input. 

*Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention
thus
far. FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of
requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they
are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..." 

"* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local

police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as
 the ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent
that 
one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment.

Why didn't the above victims see any human operator who used psychotronic 
weapons on them?  Because these human operators and weapons have used 
invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny. Thus, although many
victims had been attacked (or "hearing voices"), they could not see these
attackers and their weapons. 
Thus, combined with John Alexander's messages concerning psychotronic weapon
and these victims' experiences, it becomes obvious that invisibility 
technology has been used by local involved nonlethal weapon users (involved 
FBI agents, police and their recruited operatives). However, these victims had
been falsely accused as "mentally disturbed" in order to keep invisibility
technology a secret (see above reported cases). Based on MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec
1993 reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called
nonlethal weapons (infrasound, microwave weapon, radio-frequency weapon, etc.)
and mind control device (see Source of news reports mentioned on front). 
 
The victims mentioned earlier cannot get help from local police and FBI because
some of local involved FBI agents and police (or police of University) are
either directly involved the  harassment, or in on the conspiracy of life
control.  So, they will not really help.  Also, some of them have no knowledge
on invisibility technology then are unable to help.  Furthermore, the following
information tells that 
Col. John Alexander is dedicated to the development of technologies (including
advanced nonlethal weapons and mind reading technology) for invisible
personnel/warriors.

Alexander wrote a book an article (and later co-authored a book entitled The
Warrior's Edge) published in Military Review in which he outlined a number of
hitherto "fringe" subjects --including telepathy - - that should be brought 
in to the battery of future weapons. Alexander is dedicated to the development
of a super-human soldier with enhanced abilities leading to an "invisible
warrior."

This information further confirm that the above conclusion that nonlethal
weapons users have used invisibility technology is true. It also proves that
inside information from Taiwan is fully true. 

(2). The secret is related with unlawful life control: 
Now, I want to further explain that why the psychotronic weapon would require
only a human operator as a power source. 

According to "The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas Parameters, US
Army War College (Quarterly, Spring 1998, Vol. XXVIII, No. 1), A psychotronic 
generator, which can be used to "produces a powerful electromagnetic emanation
capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks, supply
pipes, and incandescent lamps." 

Using a psychotronic generator, invisible personnel can attack their target
through a nearby electronic device (e.g. TV, Monitor, microwave oven, lambs,
etc.) in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, and public buildings
(school, hospital, shopping center, banks, 
stores, light poles, etc.) without unknowing persons' knowledge.  It means 
that after using psy generator in current society, many electronic device (e.g
TV) become hidden psychotronic weapons and already exist in citizens'
homes/workplaces, vehicles, or public buildings, banks, school
shopping center, business stores, light poles, etc. Thus, if they want to
attack 
a target, it only needs an invisible operator who use a psychotronic generator
(as power source) to power the nearby electronic device then attack the target
from his home/office, vehicle, or public building without the victim's
knowledge. 

Although many psychotronic weapons (electronic devices) already around 
American people, involved agents and police still request military advanced
psychotronic weapons. Why? Because some more lethal weapon (e.g.
radio-frequency 
weapon, infrasound, sonic weapon) are not installed in the household appliance 
(e.g. TV. microwave oven, monitor etc.). Thus, if they want to quickly murder 
a target at home, they need radio-frequency, laser weapon. If they want to
murder an aware target, they use the infrasound weapon to avoid the target's
knowledge. Also, if they want to intentionally cause car accident to kill a
driver, or secretly destroy a target's car, they need HPM (high power microwave

News reported on Nov/Dec 1993, local law enforcement have obtained above
radio-frequency weapon, infrasound, HPM weapon, etc. 

Obviously, under such kind of circumstance, local involved agents, police and
recruited civilian operatives can control Americans' lives/health with 
invisibility technology, illness/death inducing techniques and advanced 
nonlethal (psychotronic) weapons. 

How can a victim differentiate that the "hearing" voice in his head is
microwave
voices? 

The microwave voice theory is that If one can somehow directly send the
electrical
signals (which represent sound) into the target's brain, then the targeted
person will "hear" sounds without using his/her ears 

In reality, thoughts are just the voice-less (unspoken words) "language" inside
the
brains. Language express thoughts with spoken words. When a person think or
speak a sentence (e.g., "How are you?"), the electrical representation
(electrical
impulse) of the thoughts and the speech inside the brain should be the same.
Thus, when you're thinking, it is just like you whispered to yourself in your
mind. This is very different than if someone use microwave to deliver words to
you. 

Since the spoken voices (deliver to the target's brain through microwaves) is
coming from other person, this voices must carry the different voices/sounds
(including the tone & accent) of that particular person who spoke. 

So, a target who heard the invisible operative's microwaves voices in his brain
( and no one around can hear this voice because it is not sound wave, but
deliver through microwaves frequency) should differentiate the voices as that
of another person whisper in a target's mind. 

If a target can make such differentiation and found that the "voices in his
head"
carry the other person's tone & accent, then the "voices in head" must be
caused
by other person's (invisible personnel's) voices with microwave voice device.

Recently, some persons claimed that microwave voices are sent to target via
satellite. This claim is clearly meant to mislead. Why? Satellite orbits 
Earth in a pre-determined orbit and is moving along the orbit continuously. 
Thus, it obviously cannot be used to send microwave voices to a target for 
more than a few minutes and cannot send to a target in a house.
