Roger two possibilities come to mind:

1. He/she is being paid to do it.

2. He/she really believe the tripe he/she posts, or his/her cut and pastes,
make his/her point.

 Pseds are a bit like wild mushrooms, treat with caution as potentially
poisonous unless you have it on authority they're not - however most turn
out harmless though not exactly tasty or worth the bother.
