Who are most likely behind the anthrax attacks?
My deduction is that the invisible personnel (explain later) are most likely 
the anthrax terrorists.

The following four News reports prove that anthrax terrorists should belong 
to an international group in US. 

Based on Associated Press report on 10/27/2001 by John Solomon, "Some
investigators believe the author (who sent Anthrax attack through mail) may 
have used phrases like ``Death to America'' and ``Allah is great'' to
capitalize on Americans' distrust of Muslims in the aftermath of Sept. 11 
attacks and to mask his or her true identity and motive, the sources said." 

According to Washington Post report on 11/17/2001, FBI found the fourth
Anthrax letter that was mailed to Senator Patrick J. Leahy and postmarked
10/09/2001. "A previously discovered letter with the same postmark was sent 
to Sen. Thomas A. Daschle". 

According New York Times report on 11/23/2001, a Connecticut 94 female
victim inhaled from of anthrax that killed her in Wednesday (11/21/2001). 

According to news report_ PARIS (Reuters) on Monday 10/29/2001, "More
than 1,500 people in France have received preventive antibiotic treatment for
anthrax after receiving suspicious letters, Health Minister Bernard Kouchner
said
on Monday (France has not to register a single case of the illness)." 

Also, according to Associated Press report on Friday 11/23/2001, 
"Anthrax Case in Chile Confirmed."  "Chilean and U.S. officials confirmed 
the first reported case of a deadly strain of the bacteria in mail outside 
the United States. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (news -
web sites) in Atlanta confirmed on Thursday that a letter sent from 
Switzerland to Chile was tainted with anthrax. The letter had been sent 
to Dr. Antonio Banfi, a pediatrician at a children's hospital in Santiago.   
Banfi became suspicious because the letter was postmarked in Zurich but 
marked with a Florida return address, Chilean officials said. No other 
details were made available." 

So, not only the US, but France and Chile had also been threatened by 
anthrax.  The above facts prove that Anthrax attack is an international 
threat.  Thus, Anthrax mails should be caused by either the terrorists of 
bin Laden's followers, or another international group. 

However, according to Washington Post report on 10/27/01, The FBI and CIA 
believe extremists in the United States, not followers of Osama bin Laden, 
are probably behind this month's anthrax attacks. "Everything seems to lean 
toward a domestic source," a senior government  official told the newspaper.
"Nothing seems to fit with an overseas terrorist type operation." 

We certainly need to follow the true evidences to search criminals. Thus, if
bin Laden's followers didn't send anthrax mails,  it should be caused by 
another international group in US. 

Which international group in the US dare to commit treason to secretly help 
Bin Laden group then use anthrax attacks threaten American people? 
I would deduce that these American traitors are some invisible personnel and 
their recruited operatives from bio-scientists.  Why? Because they are 
members of an unlawful, international life control gang/"union". This 
criminal organization/"union" can use invisibility technology to easily 
commit any crimes to advance their unlawful interests/power against their
employers/governments. These anthrax attacks through mails certainly would 
be related with invisible personnel after evidences prove that Bin Laden 
group didn't do it.  These crimes cannot not related with other extremists 
because they cannot easily commit these crimes without being found by 
invisible personnel of surveillance station/system.  

What is invisibility technology?
According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek,
the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment tested in WWII has 
been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After 
using invisibility technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will 
become invisible, tiny (like small ant size) and can levitate (floating in air 
as zero gravity).
Since these personnel & equipment will be rendered tiny by the invisibility
technology, they are of little use in military combat; invisibility technology
was later used in the field of surveillance. In 1950s, this invisibility
technology was transferred to Taiwan. 
Each tiny invisible personnel, by wearing a propulsion device on back to
control his movement while levitating, can function as a small flying ant.  By
combing this ability with the psychotronic weapons (aka non-lethal weapons) and
mind machine that they carry, these tiny invisible personnel can not only fly
onto their target's head to read his mind and implant thoughts with ELF, but
they also can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce
illness/death without most unknowing victims' knowledge (But so far, they still
cannot explain why humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field). 
The unlawful life control surveillance system's establishment is based on 
atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to 
explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence 
agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days
in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' 
atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely 
composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of 
reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a 
factor in his decision.  His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to 
regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the 
properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed.  Thus, when 
pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel 
would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable

power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad 
if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel 
in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques 
to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.

Also, Chiang ching-Kuo believed that the people need to spy on each other 
(like in communist society) to secure everything and avoid unlawful life 
control from being exposed.  Thus, his invisible operatives also recruited 
operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, 
hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation
system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants,
different religions, many different media, psychics, etc.) in order to 
mind/life control anyone. 

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility
technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang
Kai-Shek, etc.).  The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the 
invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with 
them.  President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology 
because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly notified him of it after 
the invisible personnel injured his knee (see details on Part II-A of my 
website).  When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they
would betray their country (see staged car accident case on

relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by the invisible operatives of 
Chiang Ching-Kuo).
Since the unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan was secretive 
and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in the US because: 
(a).these technologies were transferred by the US to Taiwan as a field test 
(b). unlawful life control is an international conspiracy of invisible 
personnel.  The invisibility technology using in USA (see proff on

I have used six incidents to prove that invisibility technology is neither
used for National Security, nor used for anti-terrorism and crimes control.
This invisibility technology currently is not used to serve justice, but 
only used by involved agents, police and recruited operatives to serve their
unlawful interests/power (see http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2e1.htm ). 
How did all this happen? 

The involved law enforcement officers (invisible personnel group) had 
secretly formed a surveillance network stretching from the local to the 
federal level to secretly spy on important persons and unlawful control 
Americans' lives.  This surveillance gives the invisible personnel "total 
awareness" of important persons' movements (into/out of the country), 
actions, etc.  After using this surveillance network for several decades, 
the involved law enforcement officers (LEO) had been corrupted by the near 
absolute power to manipulate people's health/lives without the fear of 
legal prosecution (because the invisibility technology concealed their 
crimes).  To extend their surveillance and unlawful life control capability 
abroad, the US invisible personnel helped set-up life control surveillance 
system in foreign countries.  Whenever a target travel to these foreign 
countries from the US,

the invisible personnel of these foreign countries will assist US invisible 
personnel to continue the surveillance and unlawful life control (vice 
versa).  These unlawful life control and cooperation with foreign nations 
has also been going on in secret for several decades (see

Now, I would use following six facts/evidences to further prove that the 
invisible personnel would be the prime suspects of anthrax attacks.

1. We know that After September 11, 01 the hijacked planes happened, FBI
have taken actions to arrest and detain hundreds persons who are associated 
with those hijackers and bin Laden in the United States.  Thus, those persons 
who are associated with bin Laden or hijackers (including Islamic extremists) 
and lived in USA should have been either arrested/detained in US, or have 
run away to foreign countries.  Then, how could bin Laden's followers send 
Anthrax through mails in US? 

Thus, it appears that the Anthrax attack through mail should be caused by 
other group- they dare to send Anthrax attack through mails because they 
are not original suspects who have been pursued by Justice Department. 

2. Could we believe that some extremists (as the Unabomber) in the United
States behind the Anthrax attacks?  Based on facts, the answer is no!  

According to news report, FBI officials believe the person who mailed
anthrax-filled letters is probably a male loner with a scientific bent
(possibly like
Unabomber Ted Kaczynski) because the wording of the three known
anthrax-laced letters which suggests a domestic source and should be a same
person to write these letters. 
No, I don't think so based on following three facts: 

(a). if the Anthrax attacks were caused by a few extremists in USA, the 
Anthrax threats will not happened in other country.  At same period (October 
and November of 2001) , beside United States, France and Chile have been 
threatened by Anthrax attacks too.  So, if anthrax threats is not caused 
by bin Laden's followers, it must be caused by invisible personnel or their 
operatives/collaborators from bio-scientists.  Their goal is to secretly
help Bin Laden group (their criminal tool) to further terrorize the world
and increase public's fears on Bin Laden terrorists group. It also can shift
the public's attention from focusing on invisible personnel's own crimes of
murders/assassinations, mind controlling others to kill, etc. (which have
been reported on newsgroups and my website on internet by Alan Yu).

(b). Although these Anthrax attacks mails were only sent to some targets, it 
still threatened all American people and would kill any unknowing person who 
conduct these mails.  Thus, beside the targeted person, a photo editor at a 
Florida tabloid newspaper, was killed, two postal employees (who process 
mails in Washington area) had been killed too.  Also, in NY City, a female 
inhaled Anthrax to die.   

So far, beside killing five persons, anthrax attacks caused over thousands 
people to be tested for anthrax in Florida, New Jersey, Washington DC and NY 
City.  It also caused Congressional buildings and some post offices to be 
temporarily shutdown to disinfect the anthrax.  If it were caused by a loner 
or some extremists. their targets would be limited on some special 
group/targets and should not threaten all American people.  Also, anyone who 
sent anthrax through mails in the US when the war on Bin Laden  group just 
began.  He/she commit the crimes of treason which will help bin Laden group 
to interfere with the Coalition's war against terrorists.  At the critical
period, anthrax terrorists will be considered as enemy of the Americans, 
or Americans' traitors. Obviously, any loner, other extremists or hate 
groups would not commit this crime to threaten all American people when the 
war on Bin Laden group began. But the invisible personnel and their 
operatives would do it because they had pretended that they did not know 
Bin Laden terrorists' activities and intentionally let 9/11 attacks

(c). To prevent the anthrax terrorists' real identity being exposed, they 
would at least use two persons to commit their crimes of Anthrax mails.  
Why? I would explain it n details. 
Everyone's knows that one's handwriting characteristic is very easily used 
to identify his real identity.  Thus, to avoid his/her real identity being 
exposed, a criminal will either use typewriter, or printer to write his 
criminal letters.  However, why would the Anthrax terrorists dare to use 
handwriting way to write three letters (including the threaten words) but 
his/her real identity still can not be identified? 
Obviously, the Anthrax terrorists dare to use handwriting way to write his 
letters has shown that they are experiences criminal group (or at least two 
persons).  So, the letters' writer and sender is not the same person. 

The tactic of using handwriting to mislead others had been used in another
homicidal case -JonBenet Ramsey's homicidal case and  murder's suspect is 
also most likely committed by invisible personnel (see 
http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c5.htm). 

Thus, a criminal who can imitate other's handwriting would write these letters 
to mislead the public and the other criminal who is bio-scientist would put 
the Anthrax into these letters and sent them out (or even a third person 
would be responsible to send these letters out). 

So, although the wording of the three known anthrax-laced letters should 
be written by a same person, FBI still cannot identify the Anthrax 
terrorists through the scientific background and the handwriting of these 
three mails.  Thus, I would deduce that the Anthrax terrorists must be an 
international group (such as invisible personnel).  So, even the Anthrax 
terrorist has scientific background, the letters' handwriting will not 
match his/her handwriting because the writer is unnecessary himself. 

3. Anyone who send the Anthrax attack through mails, he need to wear protected
suits to prevent himself from inhalation the spores of Anthrax.  Thus, such
terrorists' criminal activities are easily monitored and caught by invisible 
personnel of surveillance station/system.  So, if these Anthrax attack 
through mails were really caused by terrorists, their identities can be 
easily found out by local invisible personnel of surveillance station/system. 

So far, the terrorists have sent several Anthrax attack mails from different 
days (postmarked on 9/18 and 10/09). The Anthrax terrorists sent two Anthrax 
letters to New York City to NBC News author Tom Brokaw and the New York 
Post-both letter postmarked Sept. 18 in Trenton. 

Another two anthrax letters were mailed to Washington, D. C., one was sent 
to Senator Tomas Daschle and another letter was sent to Patrick Leahy- Both 
letters postmarked on October, 9. (until 11/23/2001, the Anthrax terrorists 
have affected 22 persons (including five person died). 
The facts prove that the anthrax terrorists have sent several anthrax 
letters from different days. 
These two waves anthrax attack took twenty days from first two anthrax
letters which were mailed to NY City and other two anthrax letters which 
were mailed to Washington, D. C. 
Thus, the anthrax terrorists at least would wear protected suits twice to 
put the anthrax in mails and prevent himself from inhalation the spores of 
Anthrax.  Thus, the Anthrax terrorists' activities should be easily 
monitored by invisible personnel.
 
However, after the Anthrax attacks cases have been reported weeks later, 
none Anthrax terrorist has been identified by any local invisible personnel 
of surveillance station/system.  It appears that the invisible personnel 
either intentionally ignore these terrorists' activities to increase fears, 
or the invisible personnel are directly involved in the criminal cases.

The above deduction can logically explain that why the Justice Department 
so far didn't catch any Anthrax terrorist, or even didn't know how many US 
institutes involved in the bio-research of Anthrax. 

If some invisible personnel are suspects of Anthrax attack terrorists, they 
certainly cannot be easily caught.  Why? Because by using invisibility 
technology, they can easily prevent their criminal activities from being 
seen/found by others. 

4. The anthrax attacks' terrorists intentionally cover-up his real identity
and misled the public with the handwriting messages.  This is similar usual 
tactic used by invisible personnel to frame their target and mislead the 
public. 

According to Associated Press report on 10/27/2001, "Some investigators

Based on evidences, I do agree with above investigators' opinions

Furthermore, according to Friday October 26 WASHINGTON (Reuters) By
Arshad Mohammed, ""White House spokesman Ari Fleischer (news - web sites)
told reporters that investigators believe a broad circle of people were 
capable of making the pure, concentrated and highly dangerous anthrax. 
Thus, if this terrorist was a scientist or researcher of Islamic 
extremists in US, he can be easily identified (with the three anthrax 
letters' handwriting) then captured.  

Also, if the extremists group wanted to commit this crime, their targets 
would be limited and would not oppose all American people.  But Anthrax 
mails attack anyone who conduct the letter (including postal men) and not 
only attack the special letters' receivers.  Thus, the extremists would not
send Anthrax mails to threaten all American people in entire nation. 

So, logical thinking, the anthrax terrorists must be another international 
group who would threaten all Americans and can easily hide their real 
identities.  Thus, the anthrax terrorists are most likely the invisible 
personnel who secretly and unlawfully control anyone's life/health with 
illness/death inducing techniques (see

5. The anthrax letter must be caused by invisible personnel (or recruited
bio-scientist). Why? I conclude it based on the evidences, opportunity, 
means and the motives. 
Evidences:
Based on BBC report on 8/18/02, " An FBI forensic linguistics expert says 
the anthrax mailer was probably someone with high-ranking US military and
intelligence connections. He says he has identified two suspects who both 
worked for the CIA, USAMRIID and other classified military operations."
 
1/26/2002: Salon exposes details about the FBI's anthrax investigation. 
"Yet all the evidence suggests that the anthrax strain could only be made in
one of two places: USAMRIID in Maryland or US Army's Dugway Proving Ground 
in Utah. Meanwhile, the FBI has not yet subpoenaed employee records of the 
few labs that used the strain of anthrax used in the attacks. Numerous 
anthrax experts express puzzlement.

Means: only the invisible personnel (involved government agents, police)  and
their
recruited operatives (who work as bio-scientist) would know where exist
bio-weapon (*anthrax spores)- no matter in US or other countries. 

Opportunity: only the invisible personnel can easily use invisibility
technology, or
use recruited bio-scientist to steal the bio-weapon (anthrax spores) from a
U.S.
defense Laboratory (or any research institute) and mail these letter out
without
being seen by others. 

What are the invisible personnel's motivations to send anthrax?
Their motives include four: (a). The central Command (Coalition command center)
is located in Florida. The Anthrax attacks also started in Florida. It can
secretly
help Bin Laden group to interfere with the coalition's war on terrorists. (b).
It
terrorize Americans and increases the public's fear on Bin Laden group (c). It
divert the public's attention from focusing on their crimes of
murders/assassinations, mind controlling other to kill (which I had posted on
newsgroups and my website on internet). (d). It stop the public officials
reading
letters because I had mailed my articles (which exposed the invisible
personnel's
crimes) to President Bush and attorney General Ashcroft. This can also stop me
continuously sending my reports to other public officials. 

6. These anthrax terrorists must be either Americans' enemies, or traitors.  
This does not matter their identity on surface (either left-wing or 
right-wing, military or civilians). Why? Because invisible personnel are 
involved government agents, police and they have used the law enforcement 
identities to secretly recruited many operatives (or collaborators) from 
different political parties, business, media, military and civilians from 
left-wing, or right-wing.  So, only when these recruited operatives follow 
invisible personnel's direction to commit crimes, they will show their true 
colors. 

Why these anthrax terrorists must be either enemies or traitors of the US? 
I would like to explain it in details. 
Since hijacked planes cases happened on 9/11/2001, American people all 
united to anti-terrorism. Since our government took action to security 
airport and check every passenger's identity, luggage, the hijackers have 
no chance to hijack planes anymore.  Thus, US has not only struck back on 
terrorists bin Laden, but has also successfully stopped the terrorists' 
hijacked crimes in airport. 

Unfortunately, during the war on Afghanistan, some criminals in US secretly 
sent Anthrax through mails to Americans.  Their criminal actions not only 
terrorize Americans as 9/11 attacks, but it would increase the public's 
fears on terrorists and bin Laden group.  Also, the anthrax letters author 
intentionally wrote the words of``Death to America'' and ``Allah is great" 
on his letter to openly oppose USA.  The facts proves that the anthrax 
terrorists intentionally help Bin Laden to terrorize Americans.  So, the 
anthrax terrorists are either enemies of Americans, or traitors.  How can 
prove that the anthrax attacks are directly caused by criminals who lived 
in the US?  There are some evidences. 
(1). If the anthrax terrorists followed Bin Laden's order, the anthrax 
attacks would start after 10/07/01 because US Force started to strike on 
Afghanistan on 10/07/2001, then bin Laden's video tape appeared on 
(Al-Jazeera) TV and asked all Muslims to fight against US. 
But, it caused the public to mistakenly believe that bin Laden's followers 
sent anthrax through mail to threaten American people after US force strike 
back on them. But the reality is totally different.  Why?

On 9/17/2001, the President George W. Bush concluded that the hijackers 
must be the followers of bin Laden and would bring him to justice. Under 
such kind of situation, the Anthrax terrorists in US started to secretly 
send anthrax through mails on 9/18/2001.  It shows that the decision of 
sending anthrax attacks was made by the Anthrax terrorists themselves in US 
but not bin Laden.  Also, the first anthrax attack was found in Florida where
is also the location of Coalition war command center (Central Command 
center).  It proves that the anthrax terrorists tried to interfere with the
Coalition's war and had prior knowledge on the location of Coalition 
command center.  Obviously, it further show that the traitors are familiar
with the activities of military & intelligence agencies. 

Also, the video tape only threatened that now, more hijacked cases will 
happen. However, we didn't see any more hijacked planes case to happen in US 
during October, instead of, we only know that some American persons have 
been attacked with Anthrax through mails during October, 2001.

The above facts prove that the anthrax terrorists are living in US and must 
be another international group who secretly help Bin Laden and used anthrax 
mails to increase public's fears on terrorists during the war on terrorists
(Bin Laden group). The following source tells that the anthrax terrorists 
knew a lot of top secrets of US government bio-weapon. Thus, FBI might not 
make an arrest. I hope that this claim is untrue because the anthrax 
terrorist is just like a foreign spy (e.g. Ames Aldrich) who hide in 
government and had committed treason for helping bin Laden to terrorize 
Americans.  So, the anthrax terrorist must be arrested- no matter his
identity on surface is left-wing or right-wing. Because their identities on 
surface are only used for cover-up their crimes of treason. These kinds of 
traitors will ultimately show their true colors after commit treason/crimes.
