That was what I said. A small minority with 'connnection' are going to profit while the public is left with hundreds of billions of wasted money to pay for their private party. And this is before we even go into the casualties and injured on both sides. You will note that they did not even try to justify the war on the grounds of economics ( we need the oil ) but by an think tank decision on what the public would 'buy' as an excuse and every rationalisation they have come up with has been shown to be false.
