someone was planning to harm her in a staged car accident, a newspaper 
reported Monday."

I do not want to rush to judgment about Diana's car accident but I do know 
that involved police, agent & operatives (who use invisibility technology) 
can create staged car accident.  So, I would like to report their techniques 
openly.

After local police obtained military nonlethal (psy) weapon in 1994, 
invisible personnel/Nonlethal weapon users (involved police, agents & 
recruited operatives) can create car accident on their target with sleep 
inducing technique & HPM weapon

To kill a target by creating an "accident" on the target's transportation (e.g.
car, 
boat, plane, etc.) become one the infamous tactics of involved police and
agents of 
surveillance station/system to eliminate their target.  This tactic was from
CIA 
assassination manual.  After mind control technology have been used in local 
surveillance system, the assassination tactic was also transferred to the 
involved local police and agents of surveillance station/system.

Thus, by using invisibility technology, sleeping inducing technique, or
HPM weapon, to cause a staged car accident, it become an infamous tactic of 
involved local police (chief) of surveillance system to eliminate a citizen 
whom they dislike.  

How could they cause a car accident on a target? 
They will use invisibility technology and sleep inducing techniques (with 
psy generator), or use invisibility technology with HPM (high power 
microwave) weapon to cause a car accident to kill a driver or the passengers.

What is the tiny invisible personnel and invisibility technology:
According to inside information from former Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, 
the invisibility technology of Philadelphia Experiment has been developed 
successfully to use on human after WWII by US Navy. After using invisibility 
technology on the personnel and their equipment, they will become invisible, 
tiny and can levitate.  The tiny invisible personnel and weapon are 
unsuitable for military use, it has been transferred for use in surveillance 
system. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was transferred to Taiwan's 
surveillance system. Based on the levitated ability of invisibility 
technology and wearing a propulsion device on back, every invisible personnel 
can move as a flying ant (equipped with weapons & mind machine). Thus, the 
invisible personnel can gently fly onto a victim's head to read one's mind 
and mind control him without the victim's knowledge. Also, they can gently 
land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce illness/death without 
most victims' knowledge (But so far, they still cannot explain why 
humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field). 

The unlawful life control surveillance system's establishment is based on 
atheism, materialism & communism. Why? I would use Taiwan as an example to 
explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan intelligence 
agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist (during his days
in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its' 
atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is purely 
composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the concept of 
reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life would not be a 
factor in his decision.  His communistic and atheistic belief caused him to 
regard people's lives as properties and in the communist ideology, the 
properties do not belong to individuals and can be distributed.  Thus, when 
pursuing invisible personnel's unlawful interest, these invisible personnel 
would toy with anyone's health and kill anyone. As an atheist with considerable

power, Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad 
if he felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel 
in conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques 
to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.

Also, Chiang Ching-Kuo believed that the people need to spy on each other 
(like in communist society) to secure everything and avoid unlawful life 
control from being exposed.  Thus, his invisible operatives also recruited 
operatives and collaborators from every walk of life (e.g. Banking system, 
hospital system, Justice/court system, education system, transportation
system, business, finance & insurance system, food market, hotel/restaurants,
all religions, many different media, psychics, etc.) in order to mind/life 
control anyone. 

Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility
technology from all other public officials (including the President Chiang
Kai-Shek, etc.).  The only other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the 
invisible personnel themselves and those officials directly involved with 
them.  President Chiang Kai-Shek only became aware of invisibility technology 
because of a loyal intelligence agent who secretly notified him of it after 
the invisible personnel injured his knee (see details on Part II-A of my 
website).  When pursuing the invisible personnel's unlawful interests, they
would betray their country (see staged car accident case on

relatives (e.g. Chiang Kai-Shek was injured by the invisible operatives of 
Chiang Ching-Kuo).

Since the unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan was 
secretive and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil in US 
and other countries because these invisible personnel is a secret 
international group and there is no national border between them (see

Currently, the sleep inducing techniques and HPM (High Power Microwave 
weapon) are the two main methods used by invisible personnel to cause car 
accident.

1. The sleep inducing techniques : currently, the invisible personnel mostly
use 
 a psychotronic generator to power low electromagnetic radiation to induce
sleep 
on driver immediately then cause a car accident. 

Sleep inducing technique:
By using low frequency electromagnetic radiation: Currently, after 
secretly enter people's car, the invisible personnel mostly use very low 
frequency electromagnetic radiation to quickly induce sleep on a driver then 
cause car accident while driving.

Beside creating staged car accident, the invisible personnel can injure the
victim in

2.  The invisible personnel can also use the High Power Microwave (HPM) 
weapon (having similar effect as EMP [electromagnetic pulse] weapon) on an 
unaware target's car to disable his car's engine and cause a car accident.  
Why? A car's brake system includes the foot brake (brake pedal) and emergency 
brake (hand pull brake). 
However, the foot brake not only controls the wheel brakes, but it also 
controls the engine brake.  Thus, when a driver is driving at a high speed, 
he can just step on the brake pedal to control the engine brake then slow 
down his car without any problem.  However, when HPM weapon is used to 
attack a car, this attack will immediately disable the car's engine and 
render the engine brakes useless. Thus, the unaware driver will have a car 
accident if he is driving at a high speed (or is only keeping a short 
distance behind another car) because his engine brake is out and he 
cannot stop the car at a high speed.  Also, although the HPM weapon can 
disable a car's engine brake, it leaves no signs of attack on a car's
brake system because the HPM weapon will not damage any parts of the brakes
system.

department have obtained the High Power Microwave weapon and EMP weapon.

Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. 400 scientists gathered at

Based on following information from Red Cross, the High power microwave 
(HPM) weapon can be used as EMP weapon and is controllable.  According to an 
international Red Cross document, this HPM weapon can be used as EMP 
(Electromagnetic Pulse weapon) "which give an operator the ability to wipe out 
electronic circuits. The main difference is that new technology on HPM is 
controllable and can be used without violation nuclear weapons treaties."

"When microwaves being pulsed between 10-100 pulses per second, "A HPM 
(High Power Microwave) weapon employs a high power, rapidly pulsation 
microwave beam that penetrates electronic components. The pulse action
internally 
excites the components, rapidly generating intense heat which causes them to
fuse or melt, thus destroying the circuit .. HPM weapon attack at the
speed-of-light thus making avoidance of beam impossible, consequently negating

Why is the EMP weapon's function?
According to March of 1993 NIJ's report on the function of EMP (Electromagnetic
Pulse) weapon, it can "short-circuits" a vehicle, knocking the motor out, but
leaving the brakes and steering operative (see details on Part I-E2 of my
website).

According to above information, the involved police (who use invisibility 
technology) can use EMP/HPM weapon to disable the car (boat) engine.

A car's foot brake (brake pedal) includes engine brake and wheel brakes. 
The above report claimed that the EMP weapon only knocks the motor 
out but leaving the brakes and steering operative, however, the only 
brakes that still work are the wheel brakes but not engine brakes.
That's because the car engine brakes would disappear after the invisible 
personnel use EMP (or HPM) weapon to disable the car's engine. 

Thus, if the victim is driving at a high speed then step on the pedal (brake) 
to stop her car, she will get into a car accident.  Because the car's engine 
brake would not work and the driver cannot slow down his speed without 
engine brake.  
Also, such kind of attack only cause temporary engine disable and lose 
engine brake.  So, it leaves no signs of being attacked with HPM weapon 
since HPM do not damage any parts of brakes system.     

According to Microwave News report in 1993, police department obtained HPM 
weapon.  However, almost ten years later, we still frequently see California
police 
car chase speeding car in highway from TV.   So far, we didn't see these police
to 
use the HPM to stop a single speeding car (which police pursue) on street. 
Why?
It only shows that HPM weapon is secretly used by invisible personnel to 
cause car accident on their targets.  Furthermore, the invisible personnel
can use HPM weapon to secretly attack a target's car many times to cause the 
car's engine complete failure.  The goal is to limit a target's activities
and force the target to walk on street then kill him with radio-frequency 
weapon (see details on http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part5b1.htm ).  

Now, I would use two reported cases as below to further clarify it:
The first example: The staged accident caused by invisible personnel with a
psychotronic generator to produce low frequency electromagnetic radiation 
(through the electric lines of horn in steering column) on driver's head.  
It caused the driver falling asleep during driving then occurred a car 
accident.

It should be noted that, in some of these cases "accidental" deaths do occur.
One 
individual in contact with us reported that his mother drove off a cliff to her
death, 
during a period when he was researching evidence that a still-respected,
high-level 
State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Government 
during World War II. The accident occurred shortly after her car had undergone 
routine maintenance. She was returning from a dental appointment when the 
accident occurred. Witnesses state that it appeared that she had suddenly
stepped 
on the accelerator before running off the road. The accident served to
terminate 
this person's research project.

Based on above report, the victim's son suspects that the accident might be
related 
with his research (The son suspected the car accident was caused by some 
conspirators who did not wanted to see the research to go forward).

I have mentioned that by using a special psychotronic generator, the 
different hidden emitters in vehicles can be remotely controlled by the 
nearby invisible personnel to emit strong electromagnetic waves, microwave 
radiation (through the electric line of horn of steer wheel to the driver), 
or beam powerful radio-wave (through the car's high beam power supply line).

The above cases has proven that the car accident occurred shortly after
victim's car 
had undergone routine maintenance.

How could the victim get into a car accident? It must not be caused by
mechanical 
failure because the car had just undergone routine maintenance. Nor could it be

cause by driver's fatigue from long distance travel since she was returning
from a 
dentist appointment. So, what could have caused this car accident?

Considering facts of this case, my deduction is below.

The nonlethal weapon users (involved police & agents)/invisible personnel can 
direct invisible operatives to enter the victim's car with a special
psychotronic 
generator.  The operatives use psychotronic generator produce the low 
frequency electromagnetic radiation through the electric lines of horn (in 
the steering column) to the head of the driver. This caused the driver 
"falling asleep" and occurred the car accident.

Furthermore, according to the reported case, eyewitness mentioned that the 
victim had stepped on accelerator before running out the road.
Why would the victim step on the accelerator instead the brakes (at that 
moment)?

That's because before the low frequency electromagnetic radiation was beamed at

the driver's head, she was stepping on accelerator to drive her car (A driver's
foot 
is usually keeping on accelerator during driving). 

Although these invisible personnel secretly entered the victim's car and use
the 
psychotronic generator to remotely emit the low frequency electromagnetic 
radiation on the driver (through the steering column) to induce her falling
asleep, the victim was able to momentarily regain her consciousness. Why ?

Because the invisible personnel found that the driver lost consciousness and 
fell asleep after they attacked her.  So, they believed that the victim 
would have a car accident soon. Thus, these invisible personnel stopped to 
use the psychotronic generator to continually power the hidden emitter and 
quickly flew away the car to avoid themselves being injured in a car 
accident. Thus, the victim got chance to regain the consciousness after the 
low frequency electromagnetic radiation was stopped to attack on her (the 
invisible personnel originally used the psychotronic generator to send 
low electromagnetic radiation on her through the steering column). However, 
after the victim regained the consciousness, she found that her car was
approaching the cliff. Thus, she was trying to stop her car by stepping the 
brakes. Unfortunately, she made a big mistake and step on the accelerator
(instead of the  brakes) and ran off the road. That's because she did not fully
awake (after she was force to "fall asleep" with the low frequency
electromagnetic radiation) and then totally forgot that her foot was still on
the accelerator (it proves she didn't really fully regain consciousness).

Furthermore, in the emergency situation, victim only has a split second
remaining 
to stop her car. Thus, she simply tried to step on the brakes as hard as she 
could.  However, she mistakenly stepped on accelerator. Why?

Under such kind of condition, a normal, conscious driver will always first 
move his foot from the accelerator to the brakes before he try to step on
brakes for stopping his car. That's because a driver's foot is usually on the 
accelerator lightly when one is driving.

Unfortunately, this female victim totally forgot that her foot was still on the

accelerator to continuously drive on road. That's because she had been beamed 
with low frequency electromagnetic radiation to fall asleep.  Although she
awoke in a moment, she did not fully regain consciousness. Therefore, the
semi-conscious victim didn't move her foot to the brakes from the accelerator
as usual (which a normal driver would have done if she is fully conscious).
That's because the command of stepping on the brakes was issued by an
unconscious brain when the victim tried to step on brakes.

Therefore, when the unconscious victim thought that she stepped on the brakes
as 
hard as she could to stop the car, she actually only stepped on the accelerator

and caused herself to run off the road. Thus, "witnesses state that it appeared
that she had suddenly stepped on the accelerator before running off the road."

Why can I solve the above case?

The main reason is that I also have the same experiences of being attacked 
with low frequency electromagnetic radiation from steering column by the 
nearby invisible personnel who secretly entered my car.  These local invisible 
personnel tried to kill me with staged car accident many times because I know
invisible personnel's crimes of treason, murders, mind controlling others 
to kill and other crimes. So, I have some experiences just like above victim 
who was also induced to fall asleep at the wheel.  Although I had enough 
rest with good health before driving, I was suddenly "knocked" unconscious
while driving on the highway within one hour; then momentarily regained
consciousness and found that I was no longer driving in my lane.

How did I regain consciousness under this situation?

The invisible personnel who secretly entered my car and used psychotronic 
generator to produce the low frequency electromagnetic radiation on my head 
(through the electric lines in steering column) had flown away. 
They left because they found that I had been knocked unconscious and would have
a car accident soon. Thus, to avoid themselves being hurt in a staged car
accident, these invisible personnel quickly flaw away. Thus, after the
invisible personnel stopped emitting low frequency electromagnetic radiation on
me, it allowed me to regain consciousness.

When I found that I veered into the other lane, I tried to stop it immediately.
I also 
stepped on the accelerator instead of brakes because I thought the accelerator
were the brakes at this moment. I made the mistake because I was not fully
awake (still semi-conscious) and totally forgot to move my foot to the brakes
from the 
accelerator as usual (which a normal driver would have done if he was fully 
conscious). This caused me to almost hit another car on my left. I immediately
made a hard right turn, then regain control my car (and avoid the accident).

Unfortunately, the female victim was driving near a cliff, so there was not 
enough room to regain control the car. Therefore, she drove off the cliff.

How could I avoid being forced asleep with low frequency EM radiation and 
killed in a staged car accident?

Under such kind of condition (of suddenly feeling sleepy and fall asleep), I 
knew that low frequency electromagnetic radiation was being used on me by 
invisible operatives (who secretly entered car). That's because I only drove 
on highway for one hour, and I had enough sleep before I drove on highway.

Thus, I immediately ate several pieces of onions which I had handy, whose 
biting taste and juices quickly woke me up. Thus, I could safely drive to a 
rest stop and recuperate myself to normal condition from inducing dizziness 
& sleepiness.

Comparing with this female victim's case with my own experiences as above, it 
proves that the staged car accident on driver must be beamed with the low 
frequency electromagnetic radiation from the steering column by the nearby 
invisible personnel who secretly entered the victim's car. 
Why must it be caused by the invisible personnel who secretly entered a 
victim's car? If the nonlethal weapon users (involved police and agents) 
could remotely power the hidden emitter in victim's car from surveillance 
station/system (without invisible personnel), they would have continuously 
produce the low frequency EM radiation to keep the driver/victim asleep 
until a car accident happen. Then, a victim would have no chance to regain 
the consciousness. This case and my own experiences have proven that 
the nonlethal weapon users (involved police, agents)/invisible personnel and 
their invisible operatives are the real murderers in this staged car case.  
This case also proves that the staged car accidents can be secretly created 
on unaware victims by invisible personnel.

Why did the corrupted invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother 
but not kill the individual (in the above case)?
That's because the individual was researching the evidence of a still- 
respected, high-level State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to 
the Soviet Government during World War II. This action should have been 
known by many friends of the individual. Thus, if the nonlethal weapon users 
(invisible personnel) directly killed the individual, it could cause even 
more serious inquiries into the matters by others. Thus, the corrupted 
invisible personnel rather killed individual's mother if it can achieve the 
goal to intimidate and stop the individual's research.

Why did the invisible personnel want to kill the individual's mother and 
intimidate the individual if individual was trying to expose a traitor?
That's because to normal US citizens, the Soviet government was an enemy
country. However, there is no national border between invisible personnel in
the international criminal life control organization (

of Mafia family.  So, an invisible personnel of any country (even enemy 
country) is still the "family member of international life control gang" 
and US invisible personnel are the same. Thus, if a normal US citizen passed 
the A-bomb secrets to the Soviet Union, he has committed treason. However, 
the above principle is not accepted by the invisible personnel since they 
belong to an international criminal life control group/gang of the world. 
So, when pursuing their unlawful interests/power, the invisible personnel
can commit treason or betray their blood relatives (e.g Chiang Kai-Shek's 
knee had been injured by his son's invisible operatives).
So, the US invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother to stop 
the individual's research and protect the traitor (who work for invisible 
personnel).

That's because a person who work for invisible personnel is like a "Mafia 
family member " of the US invisible personnel in the international life control

organization/gang.    Obviously, the regular American people are not their man 
in these invisible personnel's eyes.  They tried to cause car accident on me 
also because I know their crimes of murders, treason and other crimes. 

Second example: staged accident caused by invisible operatives with HPM 
(High Power Microwave weapon).

her tractor suddenly failed. We are informed that she had been collecting 
affidavits from persons who believe they are the targets of government 
harassment and experimentation when her "accident" occurred. We are also 
informed that those affidavits have disappeared.

Based on above information, this case must be caused by invisible personnel of 
surveillance station/system.   That's why the collecting affidavits from 
persons who believe they are the targets of involved police's (or agents) 
harassment and experimentation have disappeared. Obviously, when the victim 
started to drive his car, the brake system must be work.  Otherwise, he 
would not drive his car to work. 

How could they cause the staged car accident?
A car's brakes system include pedal brake and emergency brake (hand pull 
brakes).  The pedal brake's functions include engine's brakes and wheel 
brakes.  The HPM weapon can be used to immediately disable a vehicle's 
engine (include engine brake failure).

The tiny invisible personnel can secretly enter a victim's car and use the 
EMP or HPM (High Power Microwave) weapon to immediately disable a car's 
engine (include engine brake failure).  So, the unaware driver cannot step 
the pedal (foot brake) to stop his car as if brakes suddenly fail. 
It can easily cause a car accident when victim is driving at a high speed, or 
when there is a short distance behind another car.

The above cases proved that the invisible personnel (the involved police & 
operatives of surveillance station/system are subverting US Constitution to 
unlawfully control everyone's  life (or induce illness/death) from one's 
home/office, car, boat, etc.  Most of citizens will not easily believe these
facts.  However, the above cases and news reports prove that unlawful life 
control is completely true.
Considering the millions of people who are driving everyday & can be 
affected to fall asleep, or disable engine brake by invisible personnel (in 
car), I must tell the truth to the public with reported cases.  These 
staged car accidents are just facts.
