Democratic Presidential candidates, Please learn from Clinton's mistakes.

Clinton's homeland security method was a miserable failure - human rights is 
rhetoric.  The reality is that Americans' lives are unlawfully controlled by 
involved local police  (see details on 
http://members.aol.com/colonelyu1/part1b1.htm ).  So, you cannot trust the
involved police and agents who use invisibility 
technology. 

Democrat often use the slogan of human rights.  But, Clinton Administration's
serious mistake made their slogan of human rights to be only rhetoric, but
unlawful life control and mind control on Americans (by involved local police,
agents and operatives) into reality.
Why?

Since 1993, Clinton Administration allowed military mind control technology 
(that can implant thoughts into human minds) to be transferred to involved 
local police and agents.  The mind altering electronic emissions can be used
to manipulate individuals into self-destructive acts. It's a terrifying 
weapon.  

According to Prof. Arno Roche of Columbia University. "But the use of mind 
altering electronic emissions may be even worse.  It's use does not just 
violate the law," he added. "It effectively annuls every protection the 
Constitution provides for our people."

Dr. Steven Aftergood, a FAS (Federation of American Scientists) spokesman 
said "The very term 'nonlethal weapons' or 'less-than-lethal' weapons is 
misleading, because many of these weapons could, in practice, turn out to be 
lethal."  "What particularly worries civilian scientist is a classified 
Pentagon contract issued earlier this year for the development of high-power 
electromagnetic generators that interfere with human brain waves.  "These 
electronic 'skull-zappers' [ELF waves - mind altering electric emission] are 
designed to invade the mind and short-circuit its synapses -- the tiny 
electric impulses that control our behavior," says Dr. Emery Horvath, a 
professor of physics at Harvard University. "In the hands of government 
technicians, it may be used to disorient entire crowds, or to manipulate 
individuals into self-destructive acts. It's a terrifying weapon. It is 
quite true that the government has no right to shoot or incinerate citizens 
resisting bureaucratic abuses of power, " says Prof. Arno Roche of Columbia 
University. "But the use of mind altering electronic emissions may be even

These involved local police operatives abused these weapon and use the 
military mind control technology on local violent students.  Then, these 
violent students carried out many of the school shootings.  These violent 
students were manipulated to kill in order to promote gun control (see

The transfer of terrifying mind control technology from military to involved 
local police enable these involved police to cause these mind control school 
shootings.  Therefore, the Clinton administration is responsible for these 
mind control school shootings.  

Also, Clinton administration allowed military psychotronic (aka Non-lethal) 
weapons to be transferred to local law enforcement.  This mistake enables
the involved local police, agents, and operatives to unlawfully control 
American people's lives everywhere with invisibility technology and 
psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapons (see details on

For examples, in 1998, local invisible personnel (involved police and 
operatives) had used radio-frequency weapon to induce cardiac arrest on
Florida Governor Lawton Chiles at the Governor Mansion.  They disliked Gov.
Chiles because he strongly support gun rights (see details on
http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm ).  In 2000, the invisible
personnel (involved local police, agents and operatives) wanted to interfere 
with George W Bush's Presidential campaign. They used acoustic bullets (& 
stun stick) to induce cerebral hemorrhage on Senator Paul Coverdell and

Why would the invisible personnel secretly manipulate the Presidential 
election and damage George W Bush's Presidential campaign?
Because they had obtained military weapon and mind control technology to 
increased their unlawful life/mind control abilities during Clinton 
administration. Since they believed that Al Gore would mainly follow 
Clinton's policy and promote gun control, they wanted Vice President AL Gore 
to be elected.

Clinton administration also made serious mistakes on 1993 WTC Bombing
(see http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part8a.htm ), and 1995 OKC Bombing 
(see http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part8b.htm ). Because the invisible
personnel intentionally watched these crimes to happen in order to advance
their own unlawful interests.

Currently, the invisibility technology is neither used for national security 
purpose (investigating spy and anti-terrorism), nor used to control crimes

unlawful life control to advance their own unlawful interests/power against

In 9/11 attacks, the invisible personnel pretended that they did not know 
terrorists' activities in US and intentionally let 9/11 attacks happened 
in order to damage US economy during Bush's administration, or even used
hijacker's plane to hit White House

Because the invisible personnel disliked President Bush and rather let
the terrorists'' attacks happened to ruin USA during Bush administration. 

After USA won the war in Afghanistan, President Bush became a strong 
President and world leader.  The fact made the invisible personnel unhappy 
and tried to assassinate President Bush while he is still in office.
