Most of those exotic cars have to pay a gas guzzler tax due to their poor
gas mileage.  It makes little sense since those mega buck cars are the ones
that are probably driven less than other cars purchased in the USA.  IIRC,
there currently is a luxury tax on the purchase price of a car above a 
cerain dollar amount.  That makes no sense to me either.  These folks are
going to pay sales tax just like anyone else, so there should be no reason
to tax them some more.
