I know that you'll have a lot of trouble believing/comprehending this,
but for me, that glog is a diet _upgrade_. Usually my ambition for
food preparation extends to the amount of time needed to open a can
by hand and find a relatively clean spoon. Doing real work to make
something that isn't "off the shelf food" is being in a really upbeat
mood, for me.  Once in a great while I'll microwave three eggs, too.
That and the blender are pretty much the range of my current ambitions.
