I go to the source; this is my local NEXRAD:

   http://www.srh.noaa.gov/radar/latest/DS.p19r0/si.khtx.shtml

You can navigate (slowly) across the country with the arrows in the
upper left, or if you know the FCC ID of your local radars, replace
"khtx" with it.
