Well, it's just a social group, not some Nazi World Domination Cabal.

To be in, you must score in the top 2% in a timed test. There are many
different tests, but I believe they must be timed. In the USA you are given
SAT and ACT tests in high school, before going on to college. You could use
either of those. They (ahem, We) have Testing Days that you can pay $25US or
so, to take and be scored on to get in. There are other tests that qualify
as well. You just have to be above 98% of the people who took it that year.
I suppose I took mine in a particularly dumb year...

There is a group of 1percenters, and a group called Triple Nines (99.9%).
But they're a bunch of lamers and nerds. ;-)

There's one group that asks a bunch (or series, for the foreigners) of
really hard questions. You are allowed as much time as you want, ask anyone
in the world for help, use computers, etc. There are supposed to be
something like 5 people in the group. The questions are that hard. (Prove
God exists, and that SHe is Wrong - that sort of thing) This could be a
rumour, however.
