A hypercephlic baby would is not viable, and there for is not a
may or may not survive child. Cesarians, as you might know, is
a very invasive procdedure compared to the so-called 'partial birth'.
For a woman that is having comlicplications above and beyond having
a non-viable fetus would have a much high risk with a ceasrean above
and beyond the much longer recovery of having her stomach cut open.
