What are [maff]"fundamentlists"-- people who make lists of links?

I disagree with those who claim that the earth is very young, say 10,000
years old. The earth is actually about 4.5 billion years old.

I haven't examined the amicus curiae brief. Does the brief criticize
intelligent design individuals that accept the fact that the earth and
universe is quite old? I thought the court case in question focused on
young-earth creationist claims.
