Sophistry does not change the fact that your religion is, indeed, a 
religion. Such antics will make people question your credibility.

Actually, I believe he's telling you exactly the same thing. And 
threatening him is unlikely to win any sympathy to your *religion* - or, 
indeed, to impress a non-believer in the least past confirming that 
you've got issues distinguishing reality from myth-fueled fantasy.
