It was the communists who replaced them that were atheists and murdered so many people. If you had used the word "communist" rather than "czarist" you would have been correct. While on the subject of Stalin's murders, I had a thought. I believe it was PJM, who claimed that since Saddam Hussein shared bin Laden's hatred of America, that Saddam Hussein shared responsibility for 9/11.
