The sex discrimination in his proposal _would_ be a concern in itself
if his proposal had any chance of implementation.

As it stands, that is either a side issue, or an additional insult, in
a troll that insults women in two ways:

- by trivializing their concern about choice by making it appear they
would be satisfied with choice on a lottery basis, and

- by accusing women of sexism by claiming that they only want the
right to abort male fetuses.
