I heard an interview with an AARP officer in which it was related that
AARP sells insurance to the tune of some 380 million.  The questioner
asked whether AARP might have a conflict of interest - the officer was
prepared with a slick answer.  My conclusion is that AARP stands for
American Association of Republican Pundits.
