The Daily Progress reported today that the Chesterfield County (Va) Board of Supervisors could no longer discriminate in selecting clergy to open their meetings with prayer. Cyndi Simpson, a Wiccan, sought to have her name added to the list of clergy volunteers, but was rejected by the County Board. She took'em to U.S. District Court, with the aid of the ACLU and Americans United for Separation of Church and State, and won.
