Provided they are being payed in same currency and in same location.
So you don't mind if British Army doesn't pay Gurkha same pension as British soldier? Good.
it shows your week comprihension ability I said " PAY SHOULD BE SAME FOR SAME WORK AT SAME LOCATION"
Gurkha Soldiers and british soldiers work in same units in same
location so
(sigh) Pension is for retirement. Gurkhas retire in Nepal
and Brits retire in Britain.
(Sigh) week mind with week comprihension . british Army is recruiting Gorkhas it is up to them where they are deployed and what tasks are assigned. There is a basic difference beteen a soldier and a mercinery. Untill and unless brish army is outsourcing its operations to some nepalese outfits there is no reson why they should be paying Gorkhas less.
