Neither, apparently, has yours.

The only intelligent response has come from Ferdi Grewyling, wbo at least
attempted to answer the question posed, which was why it was possible for the
Georgians to get rid of a dictator, but not for the Zimbabweans.

The rest of the responders have shown themselves to be 250V globes in a 6V
circuit.
