Latin-white relationships

Hello - I am curious as to how the marriage of a darkskinned latino
like Mark Consuelos to a blonde beauty like Kelly Ripa or the marriage
of John Stamos (isn't he a latino as well?) to another blonde
bombshell Rebecca Romijn-Stamos be considered? Would that be an
interracial marriage?

I think Mark in particular is quite darkskinned and looks more like an
East Indian or Pakistani. Another comes to mind is Erik Estrada who
too looks like a south asian or arab than "white"? Are their marriages
treated as interracial too?
