There are hot Brazilian clubs here in Astoria, and a spanish rock bar
on Steinway Street called "la kueva rock" which often has hot babes
(and I mean babes!) lining up outside...and be advised that some of
the latina-looking vixens on the streets are actually arabic!

Elmhurst, along Roosevelt Avenue, from about 75th Street on up to
about 90th Street, has a lot of bars and little clubs, along with
businesses of all kinds.  Also Northern Blvd., at the same range of
cross-streets, has these same bars, restaurants, clubs, and strip
clubs....

All that's in the outer borough of Queens -- where the real New
Yorkers live!  But I'm not at all into bar or club culture, so those
recommendations are really just what I see from the sidewalk.  Sorry! 
As detailed elsewhere, I have much better luck in classroom
settings...and even just off the street (or on the subway, for that
matter!) -- I just do not know, and am not interested in getting to
know, how to navigate that scene.  I'm not trying to sound like an
"old hand" at this or anything like that, just telling the truth:
being in NYC, the summer streets are full of scantily-clad latinas and
latinitas, and every corner is a hot spot for these amazingly sexual
females!  Depending on your style, you may not need to go club or bar
hopping.
