Financial Aid - Parent/Step-Parent Question

Hi,
 My step-son is a senior and we have begun searching for aid.  When
filling out financial forms. do I include my income (stepfather) or
his biological father's income?  His natural father seldome works and
it would be to our advantage to include only his income.  What are the
rules here?
