IOW, you first need to have a reputation that is not subject to criticism. >From my reading of those who post in response to you, and IMNSHO, your reputation needs work. Now, back to Touretsky. You claim he is a sexual pervert. You based this on a sales receipt from a seually oriented website. Firstly, I question how you got your hands on this. Seems tome that there may have been an invasion of his privacy. Secondly, from the sales receipt it is impossible to tell what his sexual activities are. Thus, by calling him a sexual pervert based solely on this "evidence" is far fetched to say the least. Thus, AFAIAC, your claim that he is a 'sexual pervert' is not based in fact, and, thus, an outright falsehood. AFAIK, this is slanderous.
