You're talking to somebody who worked with the Red Cross at 9/11.  I saw 
the damage.  I STILL don't think that we should remove books from the 
public library or ban freedom of speech.
You've never seen bomb building instructions in an encyclopedia?  What 
do you think happens when you launch a rocket incorrectly?  It blows up, 
it becomes a bomb, it destroys and hurts property/animals/people.
