graduate school and TA ship

Hello,
My brother graduated recently with
2 BS degrees, one in Telecom and
another in IT. He has an F-1 student
visa.

Since the market is bad for new grads,
he is thinking of graduate schools.

Can anyone advice on graduate schools
that allow one to easily get a teaching
assistanship while studying and also
are low cost?

He will probably go into business school
or teaching.

i'm just looking to find out how to
keep his living/tuition under control.
