UC Application Lifespan

Does anybody know how long an accepted University of California
application is valid for? I know some of the schools I applied to,
like Oregon State, will keep your application open for up to two full
terms. I am trying to find out if UC Santa Barbara and UC Davis have a
policy like this. I was accepted to these campuses for Fall 2003 but
elected to go to another school instead, now I want to switch schools
and am wondering if I need to wait to re-apply as a transfer or if my
apps are still available at those schools. Any info is appreciated!
